Returns are not accepted since all products are made to order. Exchanges will only be authorized for defective merchandise. To be considered for an exchange, you must first contact James & Colors AND send pictures indicating the damage to [email protected] within 5 business days of receipt. Once your exchange has been approved, the same pattern/type/size that was originally ordered will be printed and shipped out within 3 business days from the approval date.
